"My wife visited your Take 5 Car Wash on Martha Berry Road in Rome, GA. She just wanted a car wash. The young man at the non-member payment station tried to sell her a monthly membership. She just wanted a car wash and interior detail. He said she could pay the same for a month of washes so she agreed, thinking she was only paying for a month of car washes for $16. The only reason she went there was to get the interior cleaned by your staff. Well, after she paid the $16, the guy said "Oops, too late - the interior cleaning people are now off work so you will have to come back." She was not happy but he would not refund or cancel her payment. She got her exterior washed and left the business very unhappy. We are full-time RVers and are only in Rome to visit our grandkids (it is also our "permanent" home where we file taxes and receive mail). So we would not be there for more than a few days. She threw the useless card given to her in the trash. Now, a month later, we received a charge of $16 on her card from GooGoo Wash Club. I have called our credit card company and disputed the claim. The employee misled my wife and signed her up for an automatically renewing membership. I tried to call both the GooGoo Wash Club office and the car wash directly and was unable to reach a person. This is unethical! We are very unhappy and will take great pains to avoid patronizing any of their car wash or Take 5 oil change facilities in the future."

"They have closed early when I have arrived at 7:10, 7:20, and 7:45 when I just intended to go through the wash and I thought they were open to 8:00 pm. I have since purchased one of the monthly plans as the service has been really great! I don't know the young man's name, I think he may be a manager, but he is great! He had offered to wash floor mats for me and assisted me in the handicapped parking space on most every visit. He also realized I was a plan customer when I was driving a loaner vehicle and would not take money as he said he knew I was a plan customer.. Service greatly improved,,! Recommend this place over Big Dan's or other area car washes The manager(I think), the young gentleman with long brown hair, I wish I had his name, he was extremely kind and assisted me in getting into the wash area,even remembering to get the magnets off the back of my car. The young man who assisted in prescribing the car was also very kind and all in all they did a very good job,!! There is a young woman who directs you onto the rails and she never speaks or assists in any way. She is not rude or hateful, however, she is simply not as outgoing friendly as the others,,!....she does her job though"

"The car wash itself is excellent The people who work there are nice however when I signed up for the unlimited wash I only signed up for one month. The gentleman asked me if I wanted it to be recurring or just the month, I chose just the month in the past 3 days they have hit my debit card eight times trying to take out a recurring payment that never should have been charged to begin with. Whatever you do do not give this establishment your debit card they will hit it over and over trying to take your money. Even my banking facility has tried to stop them and they continue to make attempts but you will have a clean car lol"

"I absolutely love this car wash it's the best car wash in Rome. No matter where I am at in Rome I will drive across town just to come to the Martha Berry location. The staff here are so amazing, they are a great example of a team. The Manager is super amazing and will do what ever he can to make his customers happy and come back. He is also very friendly, knowledgeable respectful. I feel like I'm home when I come here. And it's always clean here. Thank you all so much for everything"
