"Tolbert Park is just a small , quaint little park. Located in the middle of what we locals call Summerville Park in Rome, GA. It's clean every time I've been there. It has a little basketball court , tennis court with dual nets. There is a little playground for children located on the other side of the park separated by a small stream. You can get there by crossing a little bridge or come in from the other side."

"Tolbert park is a small park nestled in Rome. There is a small playground and the park was pretty quiet. The park sports lots of grass to walk around in, a basketball court and a pair of tennis courts. There is a shallow river separating the park halves and a bridge connecting the two halves. The bridge has seen better days and is missing a plank. It's a nice quiet park but due to it's quietness, might not see as much maintenance as a busier place like ridge ferry!"

"We enjoyed a short visit to the park. The city keeps this park clean & picked up. Very nice place for a picnic and a great place to bring the kids so they can ride their backs & play on the playground."

"Tolber park is a nice little park tucked in a great neighborhood. Sometimes some odd people wash through there hut most of the time it's great. They have a handicap accessible swing and the playground is by no means bad. The bridge crossing the creek is old and rickety so be careful on it. If you want to use the grills they've provided to cook on, just make sure you clean them well first."
