"NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!! Last time I used this place(sept 2023) the machine stopped while I was inside before even starting the wash..only turned on when the guy behind me paid( for a cheaper wash than I had paid for, I spoke with him and he confirmed he paid twice). Then the vacuum didn’t suction only made noise. I called a number and I guess the owner didn’t pick up but text and said if I gave him my address he would mail me $5……….today (aug 2024) being in a rush I unfortunately went back, paid $15 and all the lights saying pull forward and stop etc started flashing at the same time, while the screen told me the machine was in use with no one in it. I drove forward and nothing happened. I backed out with all the lights flashing and still saying in use. Then tried to atleast use a vacuum and two of them wouldn’t take the coin. Starting to think they are intentionally trying scam as much money out on people as they can without consequences since I’ve been twice nearly a year apart and had money basically stolen both times."

"Decent clean on the outside, I guess. You only get 6 minutes on vacuum and you can tell when you pick up hose it has little to no suction power. So for an over priced quick wash and a joke of vacuum service I highly suggest going somewhere else. Even if you have to pay for vacuums. Despite convenience, will never be back. Thanks for wasting my time and money."

The problem is this time the car The automated car wash system did not wash my car properly, and I got the vacuum token as Someone does vacuum out the car vacuum cleaner had no suction to it at all, so I’m giving it a star because it’s horrible"

"The only reason I came here was for the vacuum. Put the token in and the vacuum doesn't even work. Wasted my money. Won't be returning. Subpar and poor car wash that doesn't even work or get the vehicle clean. The vacuum used to work but I guess the owner stopped caring and refuses to fix things."

"Free vacuum is not worth it. $15 ultimate platinum wash and rims are still dirty, grill has bugs on it. It's an overpriced $5 quick rinse."
