Hygienists and front desk staff are kind. They are clear with the cost of what you are having Done. Would recommend."

"I WAS a prospective new patient. I had an appointment scheduled with a hygienist for today. Or at least I thought I did. I had received 5 prior text messages about this appointment. I was literally sitting in the parking lot waiting for my appointment and received another text that my appointment had been cancelled due to the hygienist's appointments were full. I was instructed to contact the office to reschedule. Since it was flooding rain, I decided to call the number instead of walking inside. I reached a switchboard. The lady who answered my call said she would have to call the office to see what happened. After a few minutes, they got back on the line and told me that they couldn't get the office to answer her call. I told her I would walk in to find out. When I walked in there were 3 people in the front office, no one was on the phone or waiting on other patients. They asked me if I had an appointment. I told them I thought I had, but just received a text that it had been cancelled. They said they had booked me as a Dr appointment instead of an hygienist appointment. I told them that I didn't want to do business with anyone who treated their customers this way. I had taken a day off work and drove through a rainstorm to get there. I will find me another NEW Dentist in Brunswick."

Howard family dental was able to get me in the very same day and start the process on a new pair of complete dentures. I don't think I've ever been to a more friendly place. The atmosphere is very light and friendly smiles all around, they made me feel like a good friend rather than a new patient. In my 60+ years I think this is the first dentist I look forward to going to."
