"The ladies that seen me at my appointment were so kind and understanding, even though I was emotional about them having to see what I see when I look at myself on a daily basis, they managed to make me feel unjudged and they even tried making me feel better by making jokes and being real sweet to me. I felt comfortable the more I talked with them and by the end of my appointment I left being happy versus when I first came in feeling overwhelmed and ashamed. Definitely recommend Aspen Dental! Altogether my experience was one that made me feel welcomed and cared for! Thank you ladies!!!!!"

"Affordable Denture is here in Brunswick now. After asking 3x for my partial plate, the dentist tried to sell me on a new one. If they refuse to fix what I've already paid for, why would I buy another one. In addition, I was held captive in a back room, unable to use restroom,(after being there 2 hours), waiting for office personnel to consult with me on finance options, who never met with me. I'm going to Affordable Dentures and Implants now, couldn't get Aspen to follow through with there online claims of in house repair, or even being consulted with about payment/finance options. SMH"

"I scheduled an appointment for my son weeks ago. We arrived 20 minutes early only to find that my appointment time wasn't even offered to clients despite being offered the time slot on their website. The clueless front desk lady rescheduled us for the next morning. We were there early once again, but wasn't brought back for more than 30 minutes. The excuse was that something was being changed on the XRAY machine. After a visit in which only X-rays were taken after an hour of being there, I had to leave to honor work appointments made prior to the rescheduled appointment. I was told I'd be called back by 1p that day but received no call. At 3p I decided to req h out then to schedule an appointment to treat my son's broken tooth. After waiting on hold for 28 minutes I was finally given an appointment two weeks out. I'm not sure if the issue is the company itself or just the staff at my location, but this is one of the many reasons people hate going to the dentist. Get it together, Aspen's Dental! You should be better than this!"

"I will be going back for all my teeth problems we all have that fear of getting your tooth pulled well they did a wonderful job numb the area really good and little bit of gas yes I was awake but it didn't take him long and the tooth was out the only long wait you have is waiting for the numbing stuff to work I did not hear that terrifying noise you hear when they pull your teeth nope that sound was not there you will hear music that makes it even better. The staff is very friendly. And they work with you and make sure you understand everything that they are doing I will be going back for more work that I have to get done"
