"My experience at DOCS dental was extremely impressive. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff, who took me back immediately and started my xrays. My xrays were completed by one of the dental assistants. She was very gentle and explained everything to me throughout my entire visit. The dentist was not only timely but very thorough with my exam. The hygienist was equally exceptional. One of the best dental experiences I have had in a very long time. Thanks to the staff for your exceptional professionalism."

"Been coming here since we moved here in 2023. Even with my new mental health diagnoses, they don’t judge my oral hygiene. I usually have anxiety around doctor and dental appointments but not here. They make me feel comfortable and really work with me to get my hygiene back on track! Front office staff is super sweet. the hygienists are as well! They’re also patient, thorough, and accurate. I only have minor discomfort because my gums are always inflamed but nothing that I can’t fix myself with their help! Thanks for making my dentist visits quick and painless!"

"My experience in the waiting area was very frustrating. I am newly pregnant as I informed the front desk staff when checking in. I was informed that I could not be seen due to being pregnant, not even for a simple cleaning. As I am aware, each company can make their own policies and procedures but this was out of the norm. This is not my first pregnancy and I have never been asked to be medically cleared for a cleaning. The front desk lady had an attitude and stated that they require medical clearance for any medical conditions. I then informed her that I have an existing neurological condition and was never asked for medical clearance prior to my first appointment with them (I have been seen twice). & it was noted on my original intake paperwork. The staff could also not provide me where this policy was in writing and stated the scheduled hygienist didn’t feel comfortable cleaning my teeth due to my baby going into “distress.” I had to contact my obgyn who also stated this was out of the norm and eventually was able to sent my clearance. I was seen 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The lady who eventually did my cleaning was very nice."

"Dr. Singleton AND his whole team are the most knowledgeable and understanding professionals I’ve ever experienced. They provided great service with me today and during my very first appointment. I had a batch job done with another dentist from Savannah, GA and Dr. Singleton took time out of his day to help me out and fix the crown that fell out and ease my pain. His lobby was full today with patients that actually had appointments and he managed to show empathy and help me out. If you’re looking for a personable doctor who knows his stuff , please don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment ! You and your families will be taken care of and you won’t be disappointed !"
