"If i could give Zero stars I would. I called in for a dental emergency, I spoke with Kanitra (I hope I spelled her name correctly) she had no companion what so ever, was judgy, and treated me like I was a nuisance. She said I could not be seen for over a week. When I asked about the pain and why i can't get in earlier for a legitimate emergency she said, "I don't know what to tell you, take some over the counter pain meds" and hung up!! I called another location and given the emergency since they has no appointments available worked me in that afternoon, I ended up on antibiotics. When i called back to make sure the appointment was canceled I unfortunately got her on the phone again, she was even more rude, if you can believe that! I didnt think it could get worse but it did. Do Not got the Aspen Hinesville location. They don't care, are rude, and make you feel even worse. Nothing like a dentist should be. If I had waited the infection would have caused so many more problems. Go somewhere else anywhere else if you want to be treated like a person!"

"My husband had a bad tooth that hurt a lot, and the receptionist who scheduled this appointment knew this to be true. However, after x-rays and tests, Dan was told about ALL the problems in his mouth, was given an estimate of close to $4000 and he needed to pay $1500 dollars for that day’s visit before they could fix his tooth. They refused to just fix the one bad tooth. Aspen Dental is a franchised money maker out for their own good without any consideration for the patients they are serving. A similar thing happened to me many years ago, but I didn’t remember that occurrence until after Dan got home."

"I had an appointment 2 days in a row. One for a consultation and the next day I had to come back for an extraction. On day one when finished my X-rays they were told to put me in room one. There was a lady in there working and she was fussing because they put me in that room. The dentist seemed like she was bothered anytime I asked her a question. She wasn’t very friendly and was condescending. Taylor (she goes over hygiene) was the only one that seemed like she wanted to be there and took the time to talk to me. They then moved me to the care coordinator who was rude. She was telling me my X-rays show that I’ve never had a tooth pulled before and I was mistaken about that. (Which I am not) the next day at my second appointment for my extraction the nurse I had was great! The dr seemed nice the only complaint I had was halfway through the water stoped working and he got irritated and walked out. The workers out in the hallway were being very inappropriate and the conversations they were having should have been private conversations. Overall I felt like I was just a bother being there and I was just another number. I didn’t feel like they care about you or the issues you may be having. I wouldn’t go back. Had I been able to get a quick appointment with another provider I wouldn’t have went there. I do not recommend them."

"I went to the Aspen Dental in Hinesville and the staff was very nice. I was very impressed with the level of technology used at the office. I was able to see a color scan of My teeth and follow along as the Dentist pointed out issues and concerns based on the scans. I did a cleaning and was very satisfied. I can't stop smiling. I'm going to get whitening done soon."

"I had a tooth extraction 6 months ago and my experience was horrible. The dentist seemed in a hurry. Put the anesthesia as fast as she can. Extracted the tooth and shook it hard at it stuck in between the ridges of 2 molars. I did not feel pain but i felt my whole jaw was being shook hard. I still have work in that area until now. The gum never healed. I visited again few weeks ago with my hubby and the staff who came to discuss the treatment was really rude and didn't even answer the question I had. She felt to lecture and say general info about a root canal is, with a rude and disrespectful tone. My husband let the front desk know about what happened and she (receptionist) made a note that she'll tell the manager know about our complain and that they'll reach out to us but nobody ever contacted us at all until now. We are not satisfied."
