"This was the first time in my 60 years of life that I went to the dentist and wasn’t intimidated by the price, sound of the drill, time, or pain! Dr Rentz is by far the best dentist ever! They greet you with value and respect, treat you in a honorable manner, explain your conditions, charges, and any out of pocket expenses, treat you and send you on your way. There was no pain (I still can’t get over that)! I have always hated going to the dentist but they have changed my outlook on that. Thank you Dr. Rentz and the Rentz team! I am truly glad I selected you for my dental care!"

"RUN. Run fast and run far. This office is a monstrosity. The front office women are openly rude and unhelpful. Jada was awful. I had an apt scheduled for 7/29 at 4:00pm. I was called on 7/19 and told I needed to reschedule with no explanation. I had already put in to take time off of work for this but I went ahead and agreed because they offered me another day that I was already off for: 7/22 at 10:30Am. I showed up on the day of promptly at 10:25Am and was told I would need to reschedule because my apt was supposed to be at 10:00Am. I explained that this was not the time I was told over the phone and that I had taken time off of work for this but they made it clear that they did not care. No explanations. No excuses. No apologies. Just blaming me for their clerical error, stating that I should have known what time the apt was for because it waa scheduled in office. (It was not.) Upset, I told them not to bother rescheduling me at that time. I called back today to try to give them another chance and they told me that I owed them $28 for a broken apt fee. When I refused to pay them money for their error which cost me time off of work, they told me that they would have waived the fee but since I told them not to reschedule me at that time they had deactivated my entire account with them. This office is atrocious. Their customer service is abysmal. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this office at all cost."

"Great dentist and great staff. Having a clean office, personable staff and appointments that run timely really make the experience more comforting as dental appointments aren’t always the most fun. Even when my dentist stepped away for a moment to assist another patient his assistant stayed with me and chatted like old friends. I also really appreciated that before I had any work done beyond a cleaning the dentist made a point to ask me how I managed with dental work, if I needed to use gas, was anxious, etc. While I’m not one that struggles with getting dental work, I felt like that alone spoke volumes as the dentist showed he is proactive about ensuring his patients are comfortable during dental procedures. Overall I’ve been thoroughly impressed and highly recommend."

"ALWAYS Top shelf service! Dr. Rentz and his staff are all amazing! My family has been going to Dr. Rentz since he first opened his practice in Camden County! I can remember walking in his office before he ever opened his doors, just to get some information, and he was busy getting things ready in the office and he stopped what he was doing and made time to talk with me and answer all of my questions. I knew right then that he would be a perfect fit for us! The office always has the best vibe! Jada in the front office has the best personality to be the face of the office! She is always so personable with the clients. There aren’t enough wonderful things to say about Sarah. She has been cleaning my teeth for years and knows all of my sensitive gum issues and makes sure to handle me with such ease and care! My daughter always uses Emily and she is the absolute sweetest and provides the best care for her. Thank you for making us feel like we are more than just clients in this fast paced world we live in!"

"The staff is super friendly. I was able to get a next day appointment over a concern that wasn't even really an emergency as my pain wasn't excruciating or debilitating, just an annoyance I wanted to get checked out. Which by the way, the girl on the phone, calmed my nerves before even coming in. I checked in, I didn't wait long at all. The dental assistant had great bedside manners as I am a high anxiety patient. After she did her process, the dentist was right in. Dr. Rentz is very thorough. He explains what's wrong and gives his options for a treatment plan. He gives his opinion on which plan he thinks is the best option but leaves it up to you to ultimately decide unlike a lot of other dentists who try to just upsell a service. 10/10. Happy to make them my new dentist after moving to the area. Thanks Dr. Rentz and his team!"
