"Customer service is good ONLY because the lady cashier with glasses is sweet. From my experience so far the other ladies are kind of rude. The guy is even worse. When I get to the counter he always just looks at me. He doesn't speak or ask me if I need anything at ALL so the whole encounter is awkward. EVERYTHING IN THESE JET STORES ARE OVER PRICED. ARIZONA DRINKS cost 1 dollar worldwide and this store charges 50 cent extra not including tax. Tobacco is 59cents to a dollar extra at minimum no matter what you get . Jet store sucks."

"We were traveling out of town for business, and stopped at the store to get something to eat. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas which only take 6 minutes to run through the oven a piece which I know because I've worked in convenience stores before. This blonde headed girl with really long hair was working and we noticed when we pulled up she was out there hanging out talking to a bunch of guys. She told me it would be a little longer than 35 minutes for my pizza to get done knowing it doesn't take that long, because the store was slow. So instead of doing her job making the pizza she hung out with her friends outside and didn't worry about our order. She seem not to take her job very seriously. Instead of making our pizza she went back outside to hang out with her friends. Will not be stopping there anymore to get food anyway. Yesterday when I stopped in there the ladies that were working in there were very polite and helpful but today this lady just did not care about her job."

"Slowest Jet location ever. Can never get a pizza without waiting more than 30 minutes. Any time you try to call in your order you get left laying on the counter listening to lottery transaction after lottery transaction and tons of conversations with customers for 5 minutes or more. Then you hear the clerk's haptic feedback as they grab their cellphone to answer all those FB messages you could hear coming through because the store phone was right beside their personal cell the whole wait. I finally gave up, hung up, and called back. When I asked could I finally order my pizzas now I got attitude and "I was busy." Yes, she was but not doing her job. While taking my order she was neither polite or patient. I thanked her as we ended the call and she replied "Uh huh." If this town had any other option I'd never spend another penny being treated so poorly by a business."
