The doctor takes the time to explain what is going to be done discusses the options with you let you know what is covered by your insurance what is not and so it was a good experience. And I greatly appreciate that they took the time to make me feel comfortable."

"I want to start off by saying the staff in the Jesup office was very nice and polite! BUT the billing office is not very professional. You call to speak with someone or an office manager and no one returns your calls! My husband, son, and I were going to their office. I paid for all of mine and sons procedures because I went separately from my husband and he paid for his services. Well they proceed to tell us we have a bill, we have requested an itemized billing to show what services were performed, the amount we paid, and what our ins has paid. To this day we have not received anything, but has proceeded to turn us over to collections. I’m not paying anything until I have bills to show where I owe. Plus has NEVER sent us a statement in the mail! I would never go back to this office!"
