"Just a heads up, if anyone is looking for a storage unit DO NOT use Bolt Storage. I used the one in Trion and first they put me in the wrong unit, which had insulation hanging that I immediately reported and it was never fixed. Then received water damage to things that's could not be replaced. I then moved to another unit which had insulation hanging as well and received water damage in it as well. Filed claims on both and was never taken care of. The units are getting broken into weekly, and all they will tell you is they don't have time to sit and look at the videos bc they don't know when it happened??? I 'removed my things and if you have a unit there would strongly suggest you do the same thing. I would hate for anyone to go through what I have went through with this company."
"The storage buildings are nice new locks and keys are provided. I had to relocate for my job on a Saturday, Bolts is open 24hrs you can call or go online and book a unit anytime day or night! Thank you Bolt!!!"
