"When we pulled in said PUBLIC PARKING, nowhere was there a sign to pay. Then I get a little letter with a bill of $30 which is rediculous and a $5 convenience FEE? Really? WHAT A RIPOFF. I would have gladly paid if I would have seen you had to pay in a little gravel parking lot. Needless to say I don't EVER want to visit Chattanooga again because of this rediculous little PARKING TICKET I had to pay!! RIPOFF... No way it cost $35 to park for a little while. I hope everyone gives you a BAD review. PUT SIGNS UP IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO PAY!!! TAKE YOUR PUBLIC PARKING SIGN DOWN!! AND SAY PAID PARKING HERE!!! WENT BACK TO SEE IF THERE WERE SIGNS AND THERE WASN'T. YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE ENOUGH MONEY BY NOW TO PAVE IT & PUT UP NEW SIGNS WITH YOU JUST YOUR CONVENIENCE FEE!"
