"They constantly have some kind of issues of why they can't wait on you. They are always on the phone with loud explicit music playing with the F bomb constantly! It's pathetic they can't act any better and the stores always a mess! They act like they could care less if you come or not! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with!"

"The restroom doors were not working when we walked in and there was no soap or towels available. The owner/operator/franchise manager needs to take care of the facility and have it deep cleaned. The staff seemed friendly, but under motivated. Fix your restroom door. 2/5 Find another place to get gas, snacks, and the like."

"Cashier was extremely rude when I was asking if I could pay .26 cents more and get a drink instead of the .64 cents just paid for a cup of ice. She said a drink would be .86 cents, next customer. Wow. I tried to explain again that I could just pay more for a drink and be fine. No deal. .86 cents if I wanted a drink. I politely asked her name and managers number and she said she’d call. I said fine and waited, and waited. She hung up, helped more customers. When I asked for a number she said she was helping customers. So I got in line and finally made it to the counter and asked for a #. She called and I spoke to someone on the phone she said was her manager. Just not handled well at all...over a drink! Jeeez....just tell a customer to go get a drink..whatever. Could use some politeness training for sure."

"The advertised price for nachos is $1.99 located on the cheese despensor. Got to the register to pay they rang up for $2.49 .I asked about the price and showed them where the price was displayed and the manager said $2.49 is the price and she didn't know where the displayed price came from and was not going to honor the advertised price. So be careful for false advertising at this store."
