"I ordered several creams from their online store that they carry in store. When I checked out, they were all 50% off. Conveniently I receive an email afterwards telling me that the product was sold out. Except, when I try ordering again they are no longer on sale (10 mins later) and yes they are all available. Clearly they decided not to sell me the product on sale! I’ve emailed them several times and they don’t even bother to answer. Beware of this place! You can get everything they have in their store online anywhere else at Same price or cheaper and free delivery!! Everything! Will not buy anything else from them and will be writing it up in the community newspaper and warning all my friends to spread the word!"

"I was in the store today and was talking to one clerk about an item. Suddenly the other clerk, elderly woman with glasses and grey hair goes off on me. I asked my clerk if they had the item I was looking for, would it be possible to have it come in a box. We were managing just fine. There seems to be a reoccurring problem with consistent customer service. I was yelled at by this older clerk in front of strangers. I am a senior citizen too. What happened to being polite? What happened to staying in your lane? I use to look forward to shopping there but no more. Most of their items you can get on line for cheaper. Learned my lesson. Very disappointed."

"I have shopped at Twisted Sisters for years when I am in Fernindina Beach. Recently I purchased a pair of earrings to wear for New Year's Eve. Yes, they were costume jewelry, but not what I consider "cheap" . When I took them off the card to put them on, one of the earrings literally fell apart. Thankfully I had a back up pair. When I went to the store on New Year's Day to return them they were closed so I called them once I returned home the next day. I was told that jewelry is not returnable ,but because it was broken ,I could mail it back to them , at my own expense, and they would issue me a credit. I asked if I could just return them when I was back in town and was told "no". Returns are only issued for 14 days after purchase and then it is only for store credit. I will miss shopping at Twisted Sisters when I am downtown but they need to rethink their return policy regarding defective merchandise."

"It's a decent little boutique shop but very crowded. I had a stroller with me and could barely maneuver the corners. In the 20 minutes I was there, at least 3 products were knocked over by various customers. So just be careful where you walk in the store."
