"I would have done one star but the staff was very nice and friendly so I'll do two. Just want people to beware because you may be asked to pay money you shouldn't have to. I went in for a cleaning and after over an hour of x-rays and scans, I was told my teeth were too dirty for a regular cleaning and I would need to pay $373 for a deep cleaning and scaling. My prior dentist ALWAYS did that for no charge as part of my regular cleaning. Same for my husband...the dentist would schedule an hour to ensure plenty of time for the deep cleaning and scaling and I would pay $0!! Just do your research so you'll know what your insurance covers and won't get scammed"

"I work overnights, so I made an appointment for me online. I was very pleased with the ease and short wait time for an appointment. I received reminder text concerning the appointment on Sunday. My appointment was for 8:30 this morning. Since it is now 8:43 it is evident that something went wrong. I arrived at the office early and I tried to sign in when the receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I told her yes. She asked my name. After receiving my answer, she incorrectly told me that I did not have an appointment. I don't know what her problem was but that is no way to run a service based business. I hope that everyone that reads this will take heed to my warning and look elsewhere for your dental care."
