"I've never been here...I called to ask questions about possibly making an appointment, the receptionist (who did not give her name) was extremely rude!! I can only imagine how they are in person."

"As a person, I like Dr.Bethea. From a professional standpoint I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff is less than subpar. The treatment plan is a dictatorship. If you decline ANY PART of it, you will be banned from coming back. I refused to have a tooth pulled on my 6 year old that's about to fall out naturally, and is causing no pain or infection. His staff could call to verify our appointment, but couldn't let us know we were going to come all the way there today to be turned away."

"I’ve seen so many bad reviews about this dentist, but I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with both my children. Staff was friendly & office was clean. Dr Bethea was very thorough & let me know what was going on every step of the way ( both my boys had to have dental surgery). Thank you Dr Bethea & staff so so much for all you did for my boys!!"

"I like Dr. Bethea. But the STAFF????? Absolutely not. I stay one hour from Waycross but I'd rather drive 5 hours out of town to get better service. You feel like you're checking into hell with the receptionists. Like... this is a CHILDREN'S dentist! Why so many attitudes? The dental assistants were nice. But.. please avoid going here. I'm canceling my son's second appointment TODAY and driving to Statesboro."

"The worst dentist office ive ever been in. especially to be a pediatric dental office that I've ever had to take my children to. Why? One, they are short staff All the Time 2. You will wait 2 hours just in the waiting area. 3. They tell parents to sit in lobby or we can sit in our car, I told the assistant my daughter is only 3 I'm not going to leave her with you. 4. If u check your phone lol you have to step outside lol to do so. 5) they don't clean their office or equipment well because my children got sick with a stomach bug... need I go on???. I do not believe just because your child is on medicaid/peachstate that they shouldn't get the value of other dental offices that that don't accept peachstate. I'm searching for another dental office for my children. Just my opinion to each its own. —-update— apparently after he seen this post my daughter had an appointment (cavity) he waited until my husband got there after we checked my daughter out of school…he told my husband that he isn’t going to see my children any longer because of a conflict of interest. So my daughter was not seen. So luckily my daughter’s cavity tooth fell out, eventually. Due to many of the Dental offices located here don’t accept Medicaid… I had to schedule my kids out of town for another dentist office. Just an update thanks Dr Bethea for such an Unethical decision!"
