"My initial experience at Perfume World or whatever the name is at the Glynn Place Mall was pleasant. I purchased a Christmas gift and later found the recipient already had that fragrance. I returned to the store New Year's day to exchange the gift (receipt missing) yet had my credit card statement to show the purchase. I was told that I would have to return on Friday...today is Tuesday...to allow the owner to exchange the purchase. Customer service is huge to me and this experience has caused me to not want to return or recommend this establishment. Moving forward, this establishment should have a better method of handling exchanges especially around the holidays."
