"Just wanted to say that Mod Wash in Chattanooga, TN (Lookout Valley) is one of the best places to get your car washed. The entire staff there is super friendly and helpful, especially Kayleigh. She answered any and all questions that I had, and was super helpful when I needed it. They even have a Mod Mat Wash (a machine that does the cleaning for you) which absolutely takes the hassle out of cleaning those pesky car mats. I did give this location a 5-Star review because of the hard work and dedication that these crew members put in. Although I do have to admit, I’m not a huge fan of people touching my credit card, except for myself, but it seems as though you can’t go anywhere without car washes doing that anymore. Keep up the hard work Mod Wash, this location is doing a wonderful job."
