"I was under the impression that this store is solely for soldiers and there needs. They are not! They are always closed and never have what we need. Who closes at 4pm on a Monday!? Plus customer service is nit there forte, the workers are rude. Thank goodness for the other tactical store located across the hall, they are always open and have what we need."
"This is the first time I've seen one of these stores closed on a Sunday. Being that Soldiers can barely make it to these stores during the work week, its hard to understand why they are closed on the weekend. Secondly, their prices have jump so much over the past 5 years, I barely recognize this store. They can't keep medium anything on the shelves but asking a Private to pay nearly $20 for a couple of patches is ok to this business. I say this as a First Sergeant. Boots that just a few years ago cost $70-$90 are now $150 plus. You wonder why soldiers look to places like Patriot Tactical for better deals. And please don't give me, our products meet a specific standard. Uniforms are made by companies who charge pennies on the dollar. The quality is low for the prices we pay. Soldiers deserve better. Once again very disappointed."
"I am continually amazed at the ignorance of individuals regarding COVID. The manager refused to return unopened merchandise because of COVID 19 when it was purchased 2 days previous. So disappointed that fellow Soldiers have to deal with people like this. Do better."
