"I had a problem with my solar meter and couldn't get any readings. Despite the fact that Beacon Solar did not put the system in they came out and not only rectified the problem but also informed me about other parts of the system that they could possibly get up and running. Just the fact that they service systems that they may not have installed is worth the five starts alone. Thank you to the young lady who assisted me over the phone and the serviceman (I'm not sure about listing their names but I believe they know who they are) that came out to look at and take care of the job. Once again, Thank you Beacon Solar ! Since the above review Beacon Solar has since repaired my meter and my system is up and running again. Once again, Thanks Beacon Solar for not only repairing my system but especially because you worked on a system you did not install. Without businesses like you people like me who purchased homes with existing Solar Panels on them would be up the creek without a paddle !"

"The company was very good to work with. Prices were reasonable, they were not the cheapest but offered good warranties on their work. The electrician that was sent to my home for the site visit, Clay DaRocha, was not only an extremely knowledgeable tradesman, but had excellent customer service skills as well. The man asked me several questions about how I wanted the end product to look. He went as far as asking which brand of panel I preferred to be installed, if I wanted a copper or aluminum conductors for the subpanel, and how I would like the wires to be run. He offered many suggestions that I never would have even thought to ask. This is the type of person you want to come to your home and create your project. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install a solar system."

"They were great I’m disappointed that it took an electric bill to tell me there was something wrong. However, once I emailed they had someone out here. "I can't say enough great things about this company. From the owner to the installation crew: professional, polite, timely, and thorough. They had me scheduled for a 2-day install and they finished ahead of schedule (42 panels with a complete battery backup). It was a herculean effort and I'm very satisfied with the installation! They showed up at the time they planned to, and cleaned up before they left everyday (they even picked up some of my leaves left under a hose container by the meter!). Top-notch company, I would highly recommend them for your solar installation needs!!"
