"When I first moved out here 2 years ago they were good, but now not so good. Half the dryers and washers never work. If it does work it does not do a good job. When I dry my blankets on the lowest temperature it gets burnt. Also, there are times my clothes will have an odor after washing it."

"Bear with me, long post. We use this laundromat so often. Usually we spend about $100+ A WEEK for wash, dry, fold services and tip the girls. On one occasion, our clothes and blankets were burnt due to high dryer temps, we never complained. Another time we drop of 6 loads with a brand new 100oz bottle of detergent only to pick up our clothes and be told they used the entire bottle for only 6 loads. We asked for some type of compensation, such as maybe some detergent next time because that didn’t add up— we were told there’s no managers and they would have to forward to the owners to resolve. **CRICKETS** we hear nothing, we let it go. A couple weeks ago I use an 80LB wash to wash sheets/comforters only for my load to come out smelling like FILTH from the washer.. about $15 on just one load to wash and dry (never mind the detergent used) I asked for them to be rewashed at their expense.. again I’m told they’ll forward to the owners only to get NO resolution, no phone call, nothing. I find the Facebook page and decide to write a message because they staff told me the owners manage the Facebook page. Well I sent a message last night, only for them to read it earlier today and not say A PEEP!! Unfortunately, you cannot leave a review on their Facebook, which they don’t even have a large following anyway, but I decided to just put this post out there for the principle. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service and respect for patrons. (These were not events that happened back to back— we have been using the laundromat for a couple of years now and this was over the last 6 months-a year. Just want to point out, we’re not complainers, but I believe in doing right by your consumers!) All that to say— if you’re in the Fall River area, please find a better laundromat to spend your money at. Gigi's Laundromat Also, asking if you’re in the Fall River area to share this post, maybe the owners will finally feel up to responding if this gets attention. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way."

"The machines barely work if ever. I watched my clothes wash and the washer didn't use the soap I put in the top, my clothes still smelt unwashed just wet now. Driers also took three times to get close to dry. I tired buying a laundry card and that machine didn't work either. Using debit is a PAIN because it took me 600 swipes for the washers to read the card and since I couldn't but a laundry card it put a $20 hold on my checking account to use the washers. This place really sucks, better off washing your clothes elsewhere."

"This laundromat is very clean with new, large washers and dryers. The attendants are always available and ready to help with any questions about machines, payment cards or laundry that can be left for wash, dry fold service. Everything about this location is kept in excellent condition! Thank you!"

"It’s a large facility. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Very friendly staff. They keep the place nice and clean, including the bathroom. How ever there’s always a few washing machines out of order and usually some driers out of order as well. It’s typically very busy. Quieter after 4 pm. I love the point system and how I’m able to earn points for every wash and dry and to eventually build extra cash on my laundry card. I just want to say that it would be nice if the place had an ATM within the facility or vending machines that take debit cards/credit cards and not just cash. Other wise it’s overall a nice place to do laundry."
