"I recently had the pleasure of using Delkken Laundromat in the Stop & Shop Plaza in Somerset, MA, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. Firstly, the cleanliness of the laundromat was remarkable. The entire facility was spotless, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. Cleanliness is a critical factor for me, and Delkken exceeded my expectations in this regard. The laundromat offers several amenities that enhance the overall experience. They provide free Wi-Fi, which is a great convenience. Additionally, there are vending machines for cold drinks, TVs, reading materials, and plenty of seating areas. These thoughtful touches made my time there much more comfortable and enjoyable. Using the machines was very straightforward, even for someone unfamiliar with the setup. The facility is well-organized and user-friendly. Security was also a priority, with surveillance cameras and multiple staff members present, making me feel safe and secure during my visit. The atmosphere at Delkken Laundromat was very welcoming. The patrons minded their own business but were friendly and smiled, creating a pleasant and inviting environment. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the exceptional assistance I received from the staff. As an out-of-state visitor, I initially found the prepaid card system a bit confusing. However, the staff went above and beyond to help me, providing a workaround so I wouldn't be left with a useless prepaid card. Their professionalism and courtesy were impressive. Compared to other laundromats I’ve visited, Delkken stands out significantly. Many other places I've been to were dirty or had issues like mold. In contrast, Delkken was immaculate and well-maintained, making it a much more enjoyable experience. Parking was also hassle-free. I found a spot very close to the laundromat, so access was easy. There was an abundance of machines available, and I never had to wait. In fact, there were entire sections of the laundromat that were free, allowing me to do my laundry in peace. Overall, Delkken Laundromat provided an exceptional experience. I would absolutely use this laundromat again if I were in the area. The combination of cleanliness, amenities, security, and outstanding customer service makes it a top choice for anyone needing laundry services in Somerset, MA."

"Customers seem cool, but a cut off from the washers 2 hours before closing time is a bit excessive. It takes .... What? 25 minutes to wash it another 35 to dry. I can understand not being able to fold, that's reasonable, but come on dude. Also, didn't appreciate the coworker making comments in a condescending manner as, im exiting. Especially, being fairly new to the establishment, as if i was to already know all the rules."

"I have been coming here for 10 years it is always clean. Kelly the manager is so helpful, polite and answers any questions with my dry cleaning. The other young lady attendant Bekah is also amazing. I highly recommend this location to anyone for all the above reasons.."

"I'm not sure what the woman's name was that was working a few months ago but really wish I had gotten it because she was amazing! My washer had broken & with young twins at home, I brought our laundry down, last minute. I did not know how things really worked but it didn't matter because she stepped right up and saved my day! I was so grateful for her and what she did to help me, this location will forever be my go-to"

"I love this laundromat Kelly is awesome and very helpful she will teach you all her tricks of how to get all your stains out your clothes all her customers love her the place is very clean and it’s not expensive. I had been to several laundromats and they were expensive. She will tell you what washes to use if you’re on a budget. Excellent"
