"The worst customer service experience I ever encountered. I’m still appalled by the attendant’s behavior. I dropped off my laundry earlier in the day. They asked for my phone number and I inquired when it will be done. The lady said it should be done by 8 pm. I called ten minutes before 8:00 pm since I didn’t receive a call from them. Another woman answered and I explained I dropped off the laundry and if it was done so I could pick it up. She rudely said “I’m leaving at 8:00.” I said “Okay but is it done?” She replied, “it should be because there’s no laundry for me to do.” I said, “Okay I’m on my way.” She said “It’s 5 minutes of 8.” It was actually 7:51 pm at that point. I said “I only live 3 minutes away.” She responded “I’m not waiting past 8:00.” I said “okay” then hung up. I arrived at the laundromat at 7:56 pm. I had to stop at the atm first to get cash since they only accept cash. The woman behind the counter with short hair wearing glasses was staring at me so nasty it was unbelievable. I said “what’s wrong I’m here it’s not 8:00” She said “I’m leaving” and then proceeded to yell at me and tell me I was rude on the phone! Astonished I said “I can’t believe you treat customers like this.” She said, “We dont want your business anyways.” I will never go back to this laundromat ever again. They need to fire that women ASAP. In no way should she be interacting with customers. Do not come here!! I don’t ever say things like that but if you could’ve seen the way this woman stared and carried on it was atrocious. Never in my life have I had that happen to me. I will say though the woman I saw earlier was nice and pleasant. She was also present when I went to pick up my clothes, she was not the one yelling and was actually sympathetic. I appreciate that but the other lady needs to go!"

"Terrible! Staff is NOT interested in customers. Will actually tell you it's too late to wash at 7:30. They tried to stop me from drying only. Very sad. The place used to be inviting...and open until 10!"

"Laundromat was extremely dirty and very outdated. The majority of the machines had out of order signs. The air conditioning is busted and has been for a long time, from what I hear the management and owners are too cheap to repair it. The bathroom light is out and the flush mechanism is broken. The patrons all have a miserable disposition. Don't visit this place unless you want to sweat your ass off, urinate on your shoes in pitch blackness and spend time with angry miserable people."

"The two attendants were very friendly. The atmosphere is light and not hectic. There were a few machines out of order, but not enough to cause havoc with customers. I highly recommend Highlander Laundromat. Kid friendly too!"
