"I’ve been coming here 10 years with no issue. Today I used a big washer as I always do. The big $22 machines, I loaded it then add money to my card and payed the machine. I left fast without watching the load spin before leaving due to having my son with me this time. Came back 35 min later and it never washed, I asked for assistance and was told use this one next to it. I said but I did just pay this machine $22 dollars. She said our load in front of about 5 customers, “ I’ll pay for your load” . At that point I said no I’m all set I’ll double pay. I changed machines then went to load $20 dollars again onto my card, she said to check my balance and I said there’s only $8.52 left so it took my $22 for the first wash. Then she said in the CORRECT manner, “are you sure you don’t want me to start the wash for you”. At that point I’m all set after making me feel some type of way in front of my 10 year old son as if I was trying to scam you or lie about it. Never say “I’ll pay for your wash” that’s inaccurate and terrible customer service"

"I walked in at 11:15 placed my clothes in washer. The manager informed the employee that even if my clothes were wet I had to leave at 12:30pm Thats horrible service. Its the employees job to inform me of this the driers say 40 minutes my clothes didnt even reach half of that time. Poor service that female manager should be held accountable. The make staff laughing in my face really makes that even more appalling."

"The young lady working on Sunday is so kind & respectful. Willing to help where ever she can. A good employee is hard to come by & she has succeeded in my book."

"I use to come to this laundromat all the time now I only go when I absolutely have no where else I can go. This place finally got a remodel but to be expected sometimes there are issues with the machines. I had an issue with one of the big washer machines told the worker she had to reimburse me for the machine draining incorrectly and all my detergent cleaning products going to waste. Than I said to the employee you need to put an" out of service" note on the machine were she just looked at me like I had 5heads and did nothing!! To were you can see clearly in the picture she would rather talk and louge about than attend to any of the landrymat needs. Every time I come here it's always something whether it's the workers telling you 2 hrs before they close when they close and you have to hurry up. Or just really sketchy things going on that you'd rather just leave than risk your safety at night. Really ever do reviews but this one is along time coming..!! And will see if management even responds back or tries to reach out cause that's always such a mission to try and get someone from the management end ."
