"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I do laundry for a family of 3. When I first started coming the dryers were ACTUALLY free. It also used to cost ~$30-40 for several loads of laundry. Fast forward one (1) year, and laundry prices have doubled - same amount of laundry but now costs me $60-$75 AT A MINIMUM and they REMOVED THE FREE DRYING and left their stupid "Free Dry' sign up in front!!! ITS NOT FREE ANYMORE. They switched to a points system so you can "earn" a free dry. In the interim between removing free dryers, and introducing the point system, there was a several week gap where many couldnt earn the points for a free dry because they ran out of point cards too early and would not reimburse accounts for missed points. Staff is also not very friendly. Will not be returning for any reason."

"Really disappointed. I've been coming to this site since they opened. It's has been a good experience. Came today, all machines prices have been raised and no free drying to top it off. When you use a machine you build points and it says, on the machine, how many minutes you get to dry when you use that washer.....but not today. 25¢ for 10min to dry? And dry not getting hot. NOPE. Going to Freeway. Update........a new card system was implemented but they never have new cards. There were 2 women working and they were REALLY RUDE when asked about the new cards. Was told to purchase a new one. So I spent more than I needed to. And still don't know how this point system for drying works. I'm afraid to ask anyone here again. SMH Someone reached out to me and resolved the issue I had with the cards. Thank you"

"Brenda, the Manager, is wonderful! Personable and hard working, she always has a hello for all the customers and keeps the place sparkling clean and drama free! I also love the new points system for free dryer use. My one complaint has been being shut out of a dryer because people will use as few washers as possible (and the smallest washers possible) and then take a dozen or more dryers to dry, all with only a few articles of clothing in each. Now that they have to pay for the extra dryers, I think they will suddenly find they don't need so many!"

"I recently visited this coin-operated laundry and was impressed! The staff was friendly and courteous. The place is huge and super clean, with a gazillion washers and dryers available. Great spot for getting laundry done efficiently. They also have a free library for kids where you can take one and leave one. It's a thoughtful addition that makes waiting for your laundry enjoyable. Free dryers that go with the single double and triple load washers."

"Clean & helpful. Cheryl and Brenda are THEE best. They are professional always smiling and attentive. I loaded my soap in the wrong dispenser and Cheryl helped me flush it out with water to make sure my load got washed properly. Brenda helped me my first time and just had gave that lil bit extra tlc to make a task not so dreary. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. Thanks yall"
