"**Angel's In A Tow Truck** It's very interesting how we met Josh and Amy (Absolute Towing). We were on our way back home to south Georgia from Panama City Beach, Florida, in our motorhome. We're heading north on Hwy 231. We heard a noise like we may have run over an object, I pulled over immediately to look and make sure the motorcycle was still secure on the back rack behind the van. It was, so I looked under the back tire and saw a chunk of tread missing. We only have 20k miles on the tires, but they are 6 years old. We drove slowly for a couple of miles, and fortunately, there was a Dollar General out in the boonies.. Thank the Lord! They are everywhere...LOL. We contacted our insurance road side assistance. There was a 2 hour wait b4 someone could arrive. I decided to go ahead and try to replace the tire with the spare. About the time I started to manually jack up the van, this tow truck pulled up next to us. I said to the driver that was quick. He wasn't the tow service from our insurance. He offered me his battery-operated impact wrench. He stated to hand it to me, but he went ahead and jacked up the van and proceeded to remove the tire and replace it with my spare..All in all it took just a few minutes because of his help and the right tools. I offered him money and he wouldn't take the money. BTW...it was Father's Day, too. Angel's in disguise."

"Very negative experience. Called about having an abandoned vehicle towed on a property my company manages. Made it clear that I was doing this on behalf of a client and that it would be part of a quote I was putting together for said client. Josh told me that was fine, walked me through the process, said that they could do it, and said that it wouldn't warrant any additional cost unless there were unforeseen difficulties requiring more time. Understandable. My assumption going in is that I've locked down a way to deal with this abandoned vehicle and at most I might have a little cost should it be difficult to access. My quote gets approved, the day comes for me to schedule, so I call. Josh then proceeds to tell me that he drove by the property and that it "wasn't worth their time." The car is in the backyard and obstructed by some plant growth. He offered no other solutions other than referring me to a competitor. At least he was kind enough to do that for me. I find this ridiculous and my reason for the review is simply a consumer warning. Unless you have just a roadside pickup-and-go, BEWARE of using this company. They might just decide your needs are "not worth their time" and leave you holding the bag!"

"Our 41’ 5th wheel blew a tire on I10 West in Cottondale, just before chipley. Our roadside assistance could not find anyone to take the dispatch. We called every mobile tire company and none would take the dispatch due to being a personal vehicle. Due to the angle we could not deploy the levels to get the tire up. We have 3 small children and this roadway is no joke. Out of desperation I called a local towing company and Amy answered. Joshua and Amy are absolutely amazing. They showed up so fast and got us squared away for a fair price. I would not hesitate to ever use their service or recommend them. Absolute towing is great!"

"On a late Friday afternoon our vehicle was disabled on the interstate. We almost lost a wheel entirely due to the lug nuts not being tightened after a brake replacement. We needed to be in Jacksonville the next day. Josh from Absolute Towing was the only way it could have happened. He not only arrived promptly with a pristine truck, his wife Amy also arrived to give my family a ride. Josh found a trusted mechanic, who scoured the area for parts (nuts and studs) and even drove an hour away to get them… This gracious and generous family hosted my family at their house while our vehicle was under repair. We were back on the road in less than four hours. Five star review? We owe them so much more. This was lightyears beyond good business. This was an experience that gives you tremendous hope for our country."
