"I wanted to be able to give this place a good review. I used to work at Nor’ East in Gloucester so I know how they operate and I don’t trust them. I thought I’d give this place a shot. I entrusted them with my $600 vintage sweatshirt from Japan made out of an extremely delicate terry. The mission was simple. Dry clean it. Upon pick up, it was stiff as a board with the lining shedding like a dog. I asked what they did and the woman at the counter told me they thought it would be better to launder and hang dry it…I’m not entirely sure why you would blatantly ignore the service a customer requests but I had no choice other than let them attempt to fix it. I left it with them for another couple of days and while they did get the texture back to normal, the fibers are still shedding like crazy and the jacket is covered in lint and pilling."

"My friend came here to inquire about a small alteration to the shoulder of her bridesmaid dress. It was a bit too small under the armpit. When she asked the owner if she could make the arm-hole a tad bit bigger, she replied “there’s not much i can do. you could just not eat dinner until the wedding” My friend cried as soon as she got to the car. this woman had the audacity to body-shame my friend for absolutely no reason. My friend went to give her business, on a seemingly easy alteration, which now her own mother will be doing, and body shamed. I will tell every single person looking for a tailor in ipswich to not go to this woman. she may have been trying to be funny, but her joke was insensitive, mean, and insanely hurtful."

"First they opened 20 minutes after closing on a holiday weekend when I stopped and looked at the window just to check the hours. In less then 5 minutes they politely joked with me, took by suits for cleaning, and tie that needed repair and marked a number of stains I pointed out. Got it all back today at a reasonable price. Tie came out perfect and all the stains are gone. These guys were great, they will get absolutely all of my business as long as I live in the area! Great first impression!"
