"Dropped off a suit and slacks they did not do the ticket right which in honestly I did not check assuming that the employee had done their job. I went to pick up my suit and pair of pants and lo and behold they lost my suit pants. When I inquired as to how we could resolve this, here I hit a wall its not on the ticket I was told and that it was my fault for not checking the ticket and there would be no way to resolve it. I would think very carefully about entrusting this business with your dry cleaning"
