"Dry cleaning, alterations,,, four seasons never disappoint me with a good price!"

"This was my first time using this dry cleaner. It may be the worst one I have ever experienced. I was required to pre-pay for their services, only for them to do a horrible job. My garments were more wrinkled when I picked them up than when I dropped them off. I am not even confident they were cleaned. Also, they damaged my silk scarves with safety pins, even though the scarves had tags they could have pinned to. The customer service was trash also. The associate was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Her demeanor was consistent with the poor quality of the work. I spelled my name very slowly for her, and either her keyboard was broken or she could not hear me well because the name on my receipt was not what I had spelled at all. Is there any good drycleaner anywhere??? Update: Toomey's on Lynnfield St. does a wonderful job. There's a side-by-side uploaded."

"My fiancé had his $850 custom suit ruined here. We have more than enough evidence they shrunk it and they refused to do anything to help. Don't go here."

"Unfortunately I have to say these guys are far from expert Taylor’s. I brought a sweater to get fixed because it had a hole in it. They said they would be able to fix it. I asked them to also clean it. They did a good job cleaning it however, they did not actually fix the hole in my sweater, and when I asked them, they said no, no fix. I wish they were upfront and clear about the service they are able to provide. If you need some dry cleaning they’re good. But don’t bring anything to them to get tailored."
