"I came here at 7pm with my fiancé when I was met by a rude staff member who later, hesitantly identified herself as Regina, who told me I had to leave as soon as I walked through the door. When I asked what the problem was she told me “ go find somewhere else to wash your clothes.” I do not recommend this laundromat. UPDATE:: I came back here only to get the same treatment from a different lady. At first I thought she was just a random individual because of no type of uniform or anything but I guess she does. I walked in and immediately am met with “ do you want something “ I respond with yes I need to do laundry, which was responded with laughter by her and some other random ladies. This place is a joke."

"If you need your laundry done the right way ask for Lynne! she is excellent!! She’s always friendly and has a smile on her face."

"There are a lot of out of order machines, otherwise it would get a higher score. Also, people can be rude. They leave their clothes in the machine for a long time while they run errands in the plaza, and become confrontational if someone removes the clothes to free up the machine. It's busiest on Sundays."

"Been going here for about 3 years now. Brought my clothes in for them to wash. Long story short They used bleach and destroyed hundreds of dollars in clothing. I went back in there to tell them that and get my laundry redone. (I’m allergic to bleach it makes me breakout in hives when I wear the clothes they washed). And the staff was extremely rude. she told me that they don’t even use any type of bleach even though I know they Use the colorsafe bleach they wouldn’t rewash my clothes for me either. Never had a problem with them until today and I can tell you I will never go back there after that. Wish Joanne was still there lady was a saint."

"I love this place. Staff is great. Above statement was from my first time here. I have been going every week since because of the location (and the incredible woman who helped me on that first visit) that woman only works a couple times a week and the other woman who was working my other times was totally opposite. If my first time going was with the other employee I would of never went back. I don't want to get anybody in trouble so I will only say that I do my laundry only if the nice employee is working. If she is not, I come back another day."
