"I had a bad experience taking a down jacket to have a zipper replaced last week. The seamstress cut the fabric along where the zipper is. The jacket is ruined. Down Feathers coming out constantly. Its a Calvin Klein, and my travel jacket. I got my $$ back, however I was critisized for having feelings about my coat being ruined. I will NEVER take my clothes there again. Terrible customer service, they did not take responsibility for ruining my $80 jacket!!! Customer beware of the seamtresses."

"I’ll start with the positive and share that they’re very friendly and kind. However, I am disappointed with my experience. I brought a dress in for a hem and a steam for a wedding that I was a bridesmaid for. When I came to pick it up a week later with my ticket, I was informed that the hem and steam wasn’t completed. They apologized for the inconvenience but I was very disappointed that the job wasn’t completed by the date specified on the ticket especially since I brought the dress there for an event. I’m not sure I’d recommend going here if you need clothing altered and returned in a timely manner."

"I had very bad experience with alteration there. Angie totally destroyed my dress to the point that I cannot wear it anymore. If she could not do it she should not take the job and the payment for it. Nobody gets paid to destroy the dress."

"I have been a customer here starting with the previous owner. The cleaning and alterations are absolutely top shelf. Angie is the best, but the other tailors are as wonderful. My only suggestion is that they put more effort in the tidiness and clutter that take away from overall of the appearance."
