"This is so far the best laundry in the area. Good environment and clean. Staff here are busy but they are nice and helpful you just gotta give them a minute to come to you. Parking is the best, plenty of spaces. I tried their drop off service when I don’t have time to do it on my own, I know they charge reasonable. Also clothes come back feeling clean and smelling good. I’ve been a customer for long time, I will always come back."

"Machines here don’t work I had a problem with this same machine last time I came totally forgot about it. I came today and this happened and the guy was super rude and I also spoke to the manager she was also very disrespectful and rude. Very cheap laundry won’t be coming back here ever again and I had to take my clothes wet with soap the staff was just rude about everything. Don’t come and waste your money here. All they care about is that they get their money and can’t fix a machine. They also claim to have hot water but most of the times my clothes comes out cold. The owner *the lady* just gave me a huge attitude and said if you don’t like it leave. Didn’t care that I had to take my clothes wet with soap. Nice . My clothes comes out stilly dirty don’t know why I came here its pretty expensive when you have to be paying for the dryers that take forever to dry. Also they have have a 1$ fee for a new card. I put in my $40 bc I thought I was going to to laundry today, nope. After today will not be coming here, I asked for the rest of my money in my card I had only wasted the $10 for my really small loads and he said the manager said I can’t give you your money *$30 left in the card* i just found someone to give my card to bc it still had money I just refuse to come back here. Go to Salem laundry Co. on Essex St instead . I came to try this one and just had a really bad experience. Left with tears in my eyes it felt so humiliating."

"Please fix you dryers it takes forever to dry on high at 30 minutes for a medium load in your large dryers and even the small ones 3 small rugs took at least almost an hour. I had to keep starting the dryers at least 4 times because clothe where not completely dry even my scrubs that are thin fabric like silk that normally dries on high temp for only 14 minutes because its silk well supposed to dry fast even that took over 30 minutes and then because of the need to dry a grew times it ends up shrinking so I don't know what you need to do but those dryers need to dry in 30 minutes not an hour its already expensive as it is to keep restarting the machines one thing I have hated there is that I rather drive further from now on just so my clothe dry properly and even after all of that I still find some clothes that I need to let air dry at home its ridiculous and the attendant wasn't even there to help instead some guy who used to work there had the key is that even appropriate its what ever tough just fix your machines"

"Place is trash none of the machines ever work ,n after you put them in they don’t work n don’t wanna give you a refund is crazy .n top of this kid that works there takes of for hours with no body around to help,one time was there two hours waiting with my clothes stuck in the machine"

"This place is terrible. Prices are ok but the machines are junk. The clothes aren't clean, lots of soap residue. Dryers are cheap but what would take 24 min at salem st laundry co took 50 min here on high. Mega loader said 23 min for over 20 min. I told the attendant. He fiddled with something and it went to final rinse without ever washing. Parking lot is filthy, interior isn't much better. Go to Salem St laundry on Boston st or essex st. Don't come here! Oh and instead of a lost and found, they literally sell your forgotten items! Clothes seriously look worse than when I started. Should have worn them dirty. They would probably smell better too. Machines smell musty or something. Gross."
