But they took it and replaced the zipper and it looks like it was always part of the jacket. I'll take it back soon to get a zipper on the inner pocket."

"First when my husband and I walked in the woman came out after a a few minutes like were bothering her, I put my comforter on the counter and said I would like to have this clean, she asked what is it? Then said is it an Ugg? I said yes I was charged $54.95 she said it would be ready Friday, I picked it up on Friday got home put it on my bed only to find they never cleaned it. There was stains on it that were there when I dropped it off. And I smelled like my husband and I like they never even unfolded it, Just put it in the bag. I called they told me to come back in. "I had a terrible experience at Dorothy Dry Cleaning. I had a vintage jacket that I brought down to have dry cleaned. They literally destroy the emblem on the jacket. Wrote a small note in handwriting saying the best we could do. I went back when he saw it and was told to come down and speak with the owner. The owner would NOT speak with me in person. Then over the phone he said he has been doing this for many years & cannot contact each customer that has an article of clothing that basically they cannot clean properly or have Ruined. This was a vintage jacket that my I Trusted them with! Very Poor Customer Service! The owner is stating the jacket was covered in blood which was simply not true at all Also they covered the jacket in other items so I could not see the damaged until I got home. After the damage they did not try to resolve the issue or provide any compensation"

"If you think all is the same - you are wrong! I was unhappy with a previous service so I went to Dry Cleaning by Dorothy. And it was THE BEST decision I made (I wish I had made it sooner.) First - the cleaning was always very well done. Second - the prices are quite reasonable. But THIRD AND FOREMOST - the service is fantastic. The whole team is friendly and responsive, they listen and care about you. I'd give more stars if the system allowed it. You will love them."
