"Nice staff. No problem with Cleaners or delivery. Sent winter coat in for zipper replacement. Sent back with old zipper still in split open as soon as I put it on, twice. Sent back twice finally actually put new zipper in as I had initially requested but zipper they replaced it with was small and flimsy. Not an outdoor coat heavy brass zipper as requested. Would not the use seamstress there again."

"I have used Artery Cleaners home pickup and delivery service at my home in Franklin for years. They have always been reliable and the quality of the work is excellent. Recently while traveling, I had left a pair of cuff links attached to a shirt in a suitcase. Upon returning home and forgetting the cufflinks were still on the shirt I placed them in the dry cleaning bag with other garments and sent them off to Artery Cleaners. These particular cuff links had remarkable importance to me as they were made from white roses from my mother's funeral service two years ago. I didn't realize they were missing until I went to put them on this morning and found they were not in the chest where they are kept. At that point I remembered that they had been left on the shirt from the trip and assumed I must have forgotten to remove them before sending them in for cleaning. I immediately went to grab the dry cleaning bag that had just arrived yesterday afternoon in an effort to find contact information and as I grabbed the bag I discovered there was something still in the bottom of the bag. My special cuff links had been safely placed in a sealed envelop. I wanted to take a minute to send you this note to thank you for caring enough to take that step to make sure these irreplaceable cuff links were safely returned to me. "lost" some of my clothing the first time but they did not provide me with a receipt at drop off so it's my fault apparently. the next time there were items missing again that i supposedly didn't bring in... until i produced the drop off receipt and of course they were in the back... be sure to ask for a receipt at drop-off, no matter what they say"
