"If I could give this review a negative star I would. Do you know how frustrating it is for us as customers to need assistance in a store and no one can be found? Coming from retail management, this place needs to be ran way better. First there’s no phone number to contact anyone. No employees in the store. Machines aren’t working. The dryer took my money but didn’t spin so the whole time I thought my clothes were drying, I came back to my clothes still being wet. Put more money in the machine and the machine still wasn’t spinning but took my money though. I called the other location and spoke with a woman named Tracy and she was amazing. I truly appreciate her reaching out to the management team about my experience. She followed back up with me through phone calls and went above and beyond to make sure my problem was taken care of. No way you can run a whole business and not have an employee in store at all times!! Management needs to address this asap. God forbid a customer falls or a medical emergency happens, there is NOT one person that would be able to assist you."
"The machine lock my closing inside and I’ve been waiting for a personnel to help me to get my clothes out for two hours. There is no phone numbers. There is no help whatsoever."

"This place is HORRIBLE!! NO MACHINES WORK and there is NO ATTENDANT to handle this. Even as I write this, one customer's clothes has been locked in a washer for FOUR HOURS and no one has responded. I've also taken video of this to present to the Chamber of Commerce. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!"
