"Kiosk that puts credit on your card only takes bills, and it ran out when I was there. They need a big jump into this century and update to the technology most places have now. Pay with your phone or some type of electronic interface because noone wants to chase $10 worth of quarters in a coin shortage."
"I’ve been going here simply because they stay open late. The attendant Noreen is rude and a thief! I left behind a body garment that magically disappeared. She stated they removed things from dryers, which is a bold face lie! A couple weeks later she’s bending to clean the dryer filters and there goes my shapellx on her! Unable to contact management. Will not be returning!"
"Oh God...the pictures online versus what I’m experiencing in here as we speak is night and day. I have another go to place that is great and I only came here tonight because they’re open late and I couldn’t make it to my usual place in time. With that said the ratings were decent and the pictures looked nice so I came, the place has a slight smell of mildew, 95% of the washers and dryers have a “out of order” or “not working” sign placed on them and the icing on the cake....I’m literally watching two, maybe three mice playing and running in between the washers. I will say the man running the place is very nice and his good customer service does not match the vibe of this place at all. The convenience of the late washing is great but unfortunately this will be my first and last visit"
