Owner was supposed to contact me as I am requesting reimbursement for the dress.. He has not called with a solution and is unavailable when I call. They do not dry clean at this location. They send all dry cleaning to a facility in Dorchester. They obviously do not care about their professional reputation and resolution of clothing damaged by them"
