"No option for negative zero stars so I gave it one star. This place is a Dump! The water stinks, the dryers are always malfunctioning, robbing you of your change or not drying your clothes properly. The metal drums inside of the dryers have sharp pieces of metal from damaged drums causing tears or runs on your clothing. Just an absolute dive. Then you have to deal with these junkie potheads smoking in the lot. If you got any respect for yourself and your hard earned cash. Skip this dump."

"After over 6 years of doing laundry here, I will never go here again. The rules for this place is that the last wash goes in no later than 6pm. I have gotten there anywhere between 5:45-5:55pm at times and gotten my wash in just in time. I don't even stay to fold them at the end, because I know the ladies working are done at 8pm. Tonight, I had finally had enough. The woman that does evenings, Clareece, has made comments before about the time we get there even though we have our laundry in by 6pm, we do not stay to fold and we are gone well before she has to close. She is always in a rush to walk out that door at 8pm, but spends the majority of her time going back and forth to the store across the street, talking outside to anyone who listens and not doing her job as a whole. I walked in tonight at 5:50, and right away she asks why I am so late. I said I am here before 6pm. She kept making comments about it, then trying to say that I wont be able to fold when she knows I never fold there and stated so then she goes over to 2 gentleman there to do their laundry and starts saying how ignorant I am. I am a long time, paying customer who respectfully goes and does my laundry, never stays to fold out of respect for them and that is how I am treated? I had finally had enough cause this is not the first time she has said something, no matter if I had a couple loads or a few loads to do. We have gone here for years, Gloria loves my family and even let's my son sit and hang with her. I have never had an issue with anyone who has worked here, especially this Clareece, we always use to sit and talk and laugh. But to be going for so long and to be treated this way, when I arrived and had my laundry in by 6pm and had no plan to fold them when she said I would not have time fold and she STILL continued to speak poorly about me to other paying customers? Not acceptable. I will be there tomorrow to let Gloria know, because I truly adored Gloria. May I add that when my husband went back down there to pick up our laundry, proceeded to talk poorly about me to my husband and she told Gloria that when asking my husband what my problem she claimed he said idk she's a b****, she then was complaining again to more people about working "13hours" and how she cleaned those areas 4 times already. Apparently this job is too much for her."

"Some of the machines are old and the service is horrible. The woman who is attending doesn't know how to talk to customers and was very disrespectful. She was very rude. One of the machine was not working well and when I went to talk to her, she even yell at me and told me she won't gonna see what is happening with the wash machine until i tell her what's wrong with it. And when I told her it's not the way to talk to a customer she said to go somewhere else. People should not go there"
