"My clothes were soaked, literally drenched, after a cycle. There was no attendant at 4:30pm and no answer from the number posted after 5 calls. I ended up just running it through another machine, and it came out fine. The owner finally called back and as I explained what happened, he immediately tells me that I overloaded the machine. Clearly not if the 2nd machine had no problem finishing a cycle. I asked how he could assume that without looking at the machine. He said they're brand new. It was my fault. He goes on to say he won't issue a refund (I never mentioned it). He asked what I want him to do about it since he's 30 minutes away. He kept saying "Listen". He asked me to leave my laundry and he would deal with it the next day at 6am. I don't have time for that. This place is more expensive than other laundromats in the neighborhood. But I liked it because it was it's never crowded. But the horrible customer service experience and rude attitude from the owner will make me never spend my money here again. This must be the reason it's never crowded."
"We have a washer and dryer at home but we let so much laundry pile up we needed a place to get it all done in a day. This place was perfect, it was quiet and clean. All the machines are new and the owner was very welcoming. There are 2 XXL, 2X L, 4 Large, 4 Medium and 6 small machine to choose from as well as at least 20 dryers. They have a card reload station so you can use credit or cash."
