"We love this place, staff is always extremely kind and helpful. It is very clean and user-friendly. Prices are reasonable, we use the machines there, rather than the ones in our building, their machines do a great job, well maintained."

"Bad laundromat. There’s one older woman who works here who is an absolute gem but the rest are mostly rude. They have multiple signs saying hours are 730- but I’ve been there at that time and had to wait until eight before with the woman opening telling me “I told em (the owners) I’m not coming in until 8”. Also they just raised the prices even more absurdly than they were previously."

"Do not use this laundromat!! Their official hours say they are open until 7pm but can change "without advance notice" so I also called to double check and they confirmed they would close at 7. Came by at 6pm to pick up my washing only to find the doors locked and no one answering the phone. Better to go literally anywhere else than deal with this garbage"

"Always very clean which I appreciate, but hours have been confusing during COVID. Google/my most recent picture of their new hours says they open at 7:30, got there on the dot to get a load in before work, locked up. Phone message says they open at 8.... Could be my bad but even still, hours have been really inconvenient for anyone working a 9-5 :( Some of the staff is very sweet. Some very.... not"

"I went there at 1pm today and as I was about to start my wash cycle, I hear this lady yell at me from the register saying "our last wash was at 12.30". and she repeated that same exact line to me again as if I couldn't understand. I was just stunned when i heard it the first time. Disappointed but what can i say, this is so expected of a 1 star rating laundromat. Couple things that they could've done differently; 1) update their hours on google as it says open from 7.30am - 7pm 2) maybe not yell, and tell me in a more polite way This place sucks"
