"Come here during off peak hours, either super early in the morning or late at night. Otherwise, it’s “employee time” at the laundromat or “daycare time” (kids running EVERYWHERE), every machine is being used by the staff and half of the dryers don’t work. If you can get a machine, they’ll get upset and give you this look…. And yes, they’re gossiping about you."

"Trying to use dryers and the staff ladies use them all. One raced me when I was going to one open that’s just so rude of them. That’s why this laundry is packed and everyone complains when there’s no dryers staff ladies do better!"

"I’ve been coming to this laundromat for 4 years and each year it gets worse and worse. When I first came in 2018 everything worked never had to wait for a washer or dryer now I’m sitting here on a Monday at 1 in the afternoon it’s packed not a single basket available and not a single dryer available. The owners really messed up taking on the app service because they are not staffed enough for it and probably don’t pay them enough to begin with."

"Decent size lots of washers. Free dryers..... Should be a good place but too many people wasting dryers because why not they're free. One piece of clothing here another there bit of exaggeration but you get the point) been there twice and same thing both times and the worst part, both times there was bleach left in the machine I used. Different machines both times but somehow I've got awful bleach stains on my black clothes. Saving money on the dryers does not help when you have to replace your clothes. There's lots of laundry mats in the area I recommend walking to a different one."
