"Had my shirt dry cleaned here. They did a terrible job. Also, they lost my other shirt and blazer. Tried to work with them to find my items visited them 4 times but they are not helping me with the lost items"

"I have taken several items to this cleaner and they have ruined my clothes. Not sure why its so hard to find a good dry cleaner in this area. On two different occasions they discolored two different polos. They re-did the first one and the discoloring did not come out. Its looks like the tried pressing the polo and a reddish brown stain remained. The second time they did the same thing to a different polo shirt. Prices are high and poor service. The name of the store is still Mar-vel. Seems like they are cheap and have not changed the signage for the store when they took over and have not invested in new equipment. Very disappointing."
