"Absolutely terrible. I brought white pants in to be hemmed ($250 Ripley Rader pants which I had never worn) and they stained the front of the pants with what appeared to be coffee. Owner was extremely rude when I called and would not hear me out at all. It’s unfortunate they are the one of the only dry cleaners in Charlestown. I will never be returning given they charged me for hemming the pants and the fact that they completely ruined the item so all in this past trip cost me $300. Do not go here unless you literally have no other option. Honestly wearing dirty clothing or clothing that needs to be hemmed is probably preferable to going here"

"Service is fine, but don't be surprised when you walk out of there paying way more than you expected and were quoted. I was quoted $10 for a minor alteration but was charged $50. No attempt was made to communicate with me prior and let me know the steep price increase. Was offered little insight into why the price was so high."

"This place sucks. They say they’re open until 7 but I’ve tried to go there several times at 6:45 but the lights are off and the door is locked. Also their prices have practically doubled in the last 2 years. And most importantly they only do cleaning on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS so if you don’t drop off your clothes there on Monday they won’t be ready until Friday afternoon."

Update.... Still zero response. the owner should be completely ashamed of their business practice. When people trust you with irreplaceable items and you ruin them you need to be a responsible business owner and deal with the issue at hand. THATS WHAT YOU HAVE INSURANCE FOR.... Ignoring the issue is inexcusable. It's ironic, they post online they've been offering exceptional service for over a hundred and forty years, and expect you to trust them but they don't stand behind it at all they should be ashamed!!"

"Excellent service! Quick Turn around! One odd experience was that I went to pay / pickup. They said the credit card machine was down. I live close and said I would try the next day. The next day, it was still down. They told me to just take my clothes and pay them later. The person said that I could pay with the next order or whenever. Very pleasant to deal with. I took the clothes and paid the next day. They are customer service oriented..."
