"I used to frequent that place for many years. The cleaning was professional, removing all stains, and the tailoring was excellent. However, I stopped going there because I lost an expensive sweater and received an old man's sweater instead. The owner initially blamed me, insisting it couldn't be possible to lose anything in the laundry, but eventually agreed to pay for the sweater. On another occasion, a completely new pair of jeans was stolen, and again, the owner accused me of lying. It turned out that they don't clean clothes on-site but ship them elsewhere, leading me to suspect that someone might have started stealing clothes, especially since I brought in around 15 items per visit. In the end, the experience was super unprofessional and impolite told me” I’m not playing your game again”, instead checking on his employees and blaming me, especially considering my loyalty as a customer for over four years."

They altered a dress that I needed for a birthday photoshoot in Cuba that was too small for me & they made what I thought was impossible possible!
