"I wanted to wash a large comforter, so I went to a laundromat for the first time in over 25 years. I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean. The other customers were friendly. You don't use quarters for the machines anymore! Some of the washers are pre-loaded with Tide and Downy softener. I didn't know how to use the washers or dryers. There were two women working at Neptune. They were both helpful. One woman stopped by to help me at each stage. Should you find yourself looking for a landromat, I highly recommend Neptune Laundromat."

"This review is only about their wash, dry, fold delivery service. I have not gone into the location. My husband and I recently moved and had a LOT of clothing and towels to be washed. Neptune had a pick up/drop off delivery system, and you received $20 off your first order. I immediately liked that I could choose my own time for pick up, what detergent/soap/temperature I wanted, and you could even pay a little more for rushed loads of wash. We gave the delivery driver 2 bags of clothes (tshirts, shorts, underwear, socks), along with washcloths, towels, and linen napkins. I didn't include anything that was delicate or needed certain care, so your mileage may vary if you include dry cleaning or delicates. I chose All Free & Clear detergent, and requested in the notes no fabric softener and no dryer sheets. They picked up our clothes on a Monday at 8:30am, and dropped everything off the next day at 8:30am in a large reusable tote bag. I opened all the plastic bags of laundry to smell them (someone in their review said the machines smell bad), but thankfully everything was 100% washed, dried, and cleaned. I didn't smell any smoke, mold, or dampness, and they followed my request not to have anything perfumed. Everything came to around $65-$70, but I know it was extra heavy because we had so much bedding and towels in there this time. With the $20 off it came to around $45-$50. Was definitely worth it, the deliveryman was very nice, and having all of our laundry cleaned was one less stressor we had to deal with when moving in. They even found my husband's headphones he had mistakenly left in pants pockets and put them in an envelope for me. If you want to save time and have a lot of items that can all be washed the same way, I'd definitely use this store. I'm very happy with their service."

"Terrible service attendants are incredibly rude and unhelpful. The prices to wash are outrageous. The card to load money to do laundry is an absolute scam the card does not work correctly and the machine charged my card twice and no refund was given. They have a sign that says “the customer is king” but attendants do not help at all. I have been here 2 times and it’s a miserable experience I am never coming back."
