"You should AVOID THIS PLACE! I made the mistake of using this dry cleaner to clean a suit, since it is close to my home in Beacon Hill. I dropped the suit off on Monday and they told me it would be available for pick up on Wednesday. When I returned on Wednesday afternoon, they couldn't locate my suit jacket. They lost my jacket! They had no idea where it was and said it would "maybe" show up Thursday evening. I explained that I needed the suit for Thursday and picking it up the next day wasn't feasible. The owner then brought her adult son out to attempt to look for the suit jacket another time. After he was unable to find it, he became extremely rude and said "You'll just have to pick it up Thursday." No apology. No signs of remorse. I arrived in gym clothes after a workout and I'm African-American. Throughout the encounter, he was extraordinarily condescending and rude. I doubt he would be rude to a white client. In actuality, I'm a surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital. I can't believe any business owner would be so disrespectful to a client, especially when the owner made a mistake. I will never bring my clothes back to this establishment. They advertise same day cleaning and that has to be a complete lie. They weren't even able to clean my clothes over a two day span. AVOID THIS PLACE!!This is unacceptable behavior and the epitome of unprofessionalism."
