"I go there almost every week since it opened. Last night I went and forgot my shoes in the wash machine, called this morning to see if it’s still there, the person that answered the phone was so rude to me for no reason, all I asked was if there was a way to check if my shoes was still there, he could just tell me he couldn’t do that but instead he raised his voice on me. I’m just going to spend the money I have on my card and never go there again. Very disappointed, costumer service should always come first"
"Went to super laundromat at 6.30 am to wash there was music was playing which I didn't feel like hearing just wanted a little peace and quietness. I spoke to the attendant if he could turn the music off. His comment was its the boss that controll the music if I dont like it I can go somewhere else. Which I immediately took my clothes out the machine, on the way out the door I let him know that customer come first and if he talk to everyone like that he won't have any because he just lost one."
