"This gets a 2 start simply because there are machines that work. There is no way to get new money cards for the machines. I was lucky that there was a random card on TOP of the VTM machine. Some of the dryers don't work. The clothes just won't dry properly no matter how long you are drying them for. The super diamond center III money machine does not work, so if you do not have enough money to withdraw 20 bucks from the ATM machine, you are SOL because not a single store on this street has cash back. Take the extra time to go to a better laundromat."

"This place is always dirty. Usually has 3 or 4 machines out of service. I tried many times to make my laundry there but I can’t because is too much mess."

"I come here only because it’s convenient. But it really isn’t an ideal place to wash you clothes. There’s wifi. There used to be a restroom but they’ve since locked that door after turning this to a complete self-serve/self-help place. No one works here. Just come in and figure everything out on your own if you have any questions. I don’t recommend using detergent pods. Mine got stuck in the lining of the washer door. Fortunately I put two pods in for a small load, so the other pod still washed my clothes."

"Very bad experience which I have ever had in all my life! For several times (more than 5 times in 5 months until now!), I had stucked my clothes inside the washer of them! I have lost money, without performing the correct operation until the end (a lot of money!!). By reading the reviews, sincerely I do expect someone can take action and raise a demand against this very laundry before the Court of Justice, because of the repeated injustices committed against the community, made up of honest people, who are depending on a decent, clean and fair service! I am very angry and frustrated not for me, but for all those people!!"

"Place is dirty with lots of broken machines. Clothes got stuck on rinse cycle and no one there to help. Called the 800 number and they would send someone out in 3 days so my clothes would have been running on rinse for 3 days. So not cool. Found reset button and was able to free my clothes. Have been doing there for a year and it is getting worse and worse never again."
