"I’m extremely irritated. I took my 1k dress here for a cleaning and got it back with MAJOR not minor damage. I had posted my prom video in this dress 5 days ago and got over a million views and about 50-100 people offering to purchase the dress but now due to the damage caused at this cleaner I can no longer sell it for the price I was going to and probably can’t sell it at all. I should not be having to now pay for the damage they caused. They had called and stated that there could be damage but I would never expect THIS kind of damage. It was clearly not gently cleaned like they say on their website. It looks like a tornado came and smashed the whole arm piece of the dress. I called the owner this morning and he told me he can not compensate because if he “gave compensation to everyone he would be out of business.” . I took it to the dry cleaners to be professionally cleaned. If you have been cleaning for 37 years how on earth could you possibly be that bad at cleaning. I’m sorry I don’t like to be like this but this is just not ok. Not a dime was offered for compensation. I guess they put the dress in a net and put it in the washing machine. They didn't charge me for the cleaning but that is nothing to me. A free cleaning or a free destruction? I am now having to look for legal advice for this because how can I just let it go? This is not any regular dress if it was I wouldn’t be doing all this. I tried to call and be kind about it but clearly that gets you no where. i feel like it was only fair for me to ask for some money back. 0/10 do not take your valuables here."

"I've been a loyal customer for 35 years. I dropped off a dress on September 21 and drove by a couple of times to pick it up but there was no parking. I received a call on October 5th from from an employee who told me to puck up the dress or they would donate it to charity. I picked up the dress today and will never go there again"

"I’m typically a regular at this dry cleaner, but over the last year the quality has definitely gone down hill. Recently I brought in some ties, shirts and pocket squares. All the items still had stains(no stain tags) they put pins through my pocket squares and my shirts ended up going to another cleaner because they weren’t acceptable. I won’t be returning to this cleaner. Quality and reliability are what I look for, and this shop just doesn’t meet what I’m looking."
