"Took in our bedding to be drycleaned and they destroyed it all. $1500 worth of bedding damaged. We were promised a phone call by the owner the day it occured but received none. To this day he hasnt returned our calls, emails, or messages. More alarming is the pieces were noticeably damaged and they were not upfront with it but rather let us pay for the drycleaning go home and discover it ourselves. After feeling like a nuisance this past week we finally got them to reimburse us for two of the items but they are still not accepting responsibility for the third piece. The manufacturer gave us a letter to give to the owner stating that if they (Faulkners) cleaned it the way they said they did then they did indeed damage it. We brought this in to them and were greated with “what do you have now” (like we were the problem) and “if the manufacturer gave you this then why dont they clean it themselves” . Well because drycleaners exist all across the country and should know how to dry clean. The owner still hasnt followed up, they refuse to give me his contact, and he apparently is never in (nor it seems willing to set a time to meet). We are disappointed not only by the fact that they lacked the honesty/ethics to be upfront about the damage (it was beyond blatant) but the fact that they (owner especially) lacks the professional to make sure he reaches out to customers whose belongings are damaged."

My cleaning and tailoring has been done by Ernie's company for about 40 years and I've never been dissatisfied. "Rates are comparable to or lower than other drycleaners in the area, and they have free pickup/delivery. They come on Mondays *and* Thursdays and almost always have my clothes ready the very next time I come around (very occasionally I'll have to wait a full week). I've been using their service for over a year and I'm very pleased with it."
